Lana is a wonderful example of what our breeding program is all about. Built traditionally, showing athleticism and intelligence, with true ground covering movement. She is a gorgeous example of a very rare color in Fell Ponies, seal brown, which is being lost to the breed in comparison to its prevalence from decades ago. Her foals have been exceptional, with great type, conformation and movement.
Lana had the arduous task of working as our ambassador pony, away from the farm, for the entire summer of 2017. During this event, she foaled for the first time and raised a handsome colt! Fell Ponies are remarkable in their capabilities to handle whatever task is at hand. She has since gone on to give us some of our best moving, stunning foals!
